It is the practice of ICM Distributing to notify Associates of new opportunities within the Company by posting job openings. Any Associate who has been employed with Arrow/ATM/ICM for twelve (12) consecutive months and has been in his/her current position for at least nine (9) months is eligible to apply for a job opening within the company.

- Service existing customers and build new business in territory.
- This is an independent contractor position.

- 1-3 years retail service or retail sales experience, including cold calling and calling on existing accounts;
- Basic Internet navigation skills;
- The ability and desire to provide excellent service to existing accounts and to establish and manage good working relationships with store personnel;
- High school diploma – a college degree is a plus!
- Must have reliable transportation
